Permanent Makeup Services

Most do not enjoy the daily routine of makeup application. Permanent makeup can reduce some of the work involved in that routine to make getting ready each day a little bit easier. I can help you achieve beautiful, professional, permanent makeup results.

What Is Permanent Makeup?

Permanent makeup is also known as dermapigmentation, micropigmentation, and cosmetic tattooing. Permanent makeup involves implanting pigment into the upper layers of the skin to avoid having to apply makeup on a daily basis. Permanent makeup does not go as deep as a normal body tattoo, so it does fade a bit faster. However, occasional touch ups can keep your makeup looking great, so you can continue to wake up each morning without having to apply makeup.

Permanent Makeup Services

There are different types of permanent makeup applications out there. These are the permanent makeup services that I offer at GR Beauty Game.

Microblading is a fancy name for an eyebrow tattoo. I use a tiny blade to deposit pigment under your skin. The blade deposits pigment in strokes that mimic the look of individual eyebrow hairs. Microblading can make your brows thicker and fuller. It’s great for those who have experienced eyebrow hair loss or who are allergic to traditional cosmetics.

Microshading is similar to microblading, but a tiny point is used to deposit a powder-like finish under the brow hair. Microshading can leave your brows looking bolder and fuller.

Saline Microblading Removal

For one reason or another, you may decide you want to remove prior microblading work. I can help you remove any eyebrow tattoos using my proven saline removal process. With this process, a saline solution is injected into the skin to break down the pigment in the skin and pull it to the surface.

Additional Permanent Makeup Information

How Long Does Permanent Makeup Last?

Permanent in the name implies that permanent makeup will last forever. However, this isn’t really the case. Permanent makeup treatments tend to last anywhere from three to five years. After three to five years the pigment can start to fade. How fast the pigment fades depends on where it is placed, your skin type, your age, sun exposure, skin products you use, and how well your skin reacts to pigment.

Is Permanent Makeup Safe?

Permanent makeup is considered micropigmentation and is similar to tattoos. It is perfectly safe as long as the makeup is applied by a skilled professional. Allergic reactions to the pigment used are possible, but rare. Hyperpigmentation is also possible in patients with darker skin tones. Our permanent makeup technicians can discuss any possible risks with you.

Is There A Recovery Period For Permanent Makeup?

You may have some mild swelling, redness, or tenderness that could last for several days after a permanent makeup application. Most find that the recovery period isn’t hard to deal with. Your skin will begin to lighten and recover after 7-10 days.
